Crossfield (Alberta) Fire Hall: 

MBS was hired by the Town of Crossfield and the Volunteer Fire Department to renovate the existing 5000 sq.ft. fire hall and expand the building by another 5000 sq.ft while working within their budget. The first phase included expansion of the building to a total of 10,000 sq.ft. and renovation of the old building to meet today’s building codes, allowing for a functional operating fire hall while bringing a new look to the exterior. Phase 2 will be to complete the build-out of the office space within the new addition to include a 2 storey 4000 sq.ft. facility consisting of office space, a meeting room, kitchen, laundry, gym, sleeping quarters, bathrooms and showers. Our design build services met the approval of the Town along with the Fire Chief and volunteer fire personnel. The work schedule for Phase 1 was on time and within the budget. Our client is extremely satisfied and impressed with the work to date. Phase 2 photos to come!
